Corporate Culture Change

In organizations there are often two types of work. There is the normal delivery process where the main business of the organization is done. The there are the change activities, whereby necessary change is made up to the business and the way it is done for greater excellence. This programme designed to enable participants to identify approaches and also the techniques that will help than modify attitudes and habits enabling excellence.

In so doing they would have effected a cultural change that will enhance their personal abilities increasing their effectiveness and increasing their productivity for the organization. To enable the change the programme will stress an material, induction of information and activities that will change the mindset of participants, especially management. To render if wholesome, we will introduce a template on Change Acceleration Process (CAP) that will provide participants with the know-how and techniques on how to improve their lives by aligning their values and mission with that of the company. This is targeted at three levels.
