Tan Sri Shamsuri Arshad
Tan Sri Shamsuri Arshad- former Deputy Inspector General of Police retired after serving the Malaysia Royal Police for more than 38 years. He is strategic thinker with specialist expertise in public and corporate security, security education, crisis management and career development.
Taking a strategic and total view of issues, he plans and overseas all OARC major projects. Tan Sri is a graduate of the Imperial Defence College, (IDC) London and a Fellow of Harvard University.

Dato’ M. Elayappen
Founder and Managing Director of Orbit Force Security and Paradigm Management Consultancy. Prior to his engagement with OARC, Dato’Elay was the head of Human Resource and Corporate Risk with two Multinational companies, Panel member in the Industrial Court. Today, he successfully combines his Human Resource and Industrial Relations.
Through his 25 years experience in the senior managers position, Dato’ Elay can call upon a large network of HR, IR and Corporate risk specialists to pursue his clients interests. He holds a MBA in Business degree from the University Putra Malaysia.
In 2009 he was awarded the D.I.M.P award from the Sultan of Pahang which carries the title of Dato’. He is the widely respected in the Indian community as a dedicated philothropist in Malaysia.
V. Nitchsingam
V. Nitchsingam is principal consultant of Orbit Asia Risk Consultancy after a career as General Manager/ Director of three Security commercial Security agencies. Mr. Singam has been advisor and loss prevention consultant and carried out various risk, security, safety and investigations projects at various organizations throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
Prior to his engagement with OARC, Mr. Singam who is a trained practioner in intelligence (UK), Safety –NIOSH and Aviation Security (NothernWestern /SIA) has served as an senior officer with the Royal Malaysian Police. He graduated from University Malaya with a Post Graduate London School of Economics.
Mr. Singam contributes to OARC and its customers a unique profile of 45 years consulting and management experience in advising business owners and senior executives of large corporations on management, security risk, financial risk and appropriate measures to mitigate the risk.
Dato’ Dr. Louis
Dato’ Dr. Louis is a security expert by profession specializing in Corporate security, risk management and auditing. Dato’ Dr. Louis began his career in law enforcement serving in the Royal Malaysian Police Force. Having over 33 years working experience in Security which includes Supply Chain, Hotels and Resorts, Shopping Centers, Constructions sites, Condominiums, Apartments and Hospitals.
He has been actively involved in many working committees such as American Society of Industrial Security, International Association of Chief Police, Malaysia High rise buildings and Shopping Centers Malaysia and Malaysian International Hotels Association.
In his last posting in Hong Kong as an International assignee with a multinational company he was responsible for the entire corporate security programs and initiatives at Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Korea, India, Singapore, Australasia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

A former police officer specialized in investigations and prosecution, completed his Bachelors in Law at Buckingham University (UK) and currently in practice specializing in criminal cases.

TEH SEW HONG
She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Association of Certified of Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She Spent the early years of her career with internations firms of Chartered Accountants in Malaysia where she specialized in auditing and consultancy. Sew Hong possesses more than twenty years of experience in the field of corporate finance, advisory services, accounting and auditing.
HARCHARAN SINGH TARA
The lower Director General of the Chemistry Department – Malaysia, has the unique distinction of being one of very few forensic, chemico legal consultants, in the country. He optimally combines scientific practice, forensic expertise and legal knowledge, and excels in both field investigation and adducing with clarity such evidence in court. He holds a Master degree from Imperial College, London, a Bachelor of Law – University of – London and is an advocate from Greys Inn.
